My brain hurts just looking at that graphic! Now I can "see" why it feels so challenging to keep up with the evolving elearning profession--Yikes, there's a lot to know about--and more stuff is added all the time!
Two things I don't see there are communities of practice--all the rage where I work, and accessibility, which might be categorized under usability, but important enough to have its own square perhaps.
